Shannon “Coach Griff” Griffith brings nearly three decades of college football coaching experience to his coverage of Indiana Football. A former college head coach and longtime quarterback coach, Coach Griff provides analysis built from a coach’s perspective — breaking down the game beyond the headlines through film study, scheme, personnel evaluation, and the decisions that shape what happens on Saturdays.

Coaching Highlights:

During 12 seasons as the Head Football Coach at Manchester University (2004–2015), Coach Griff helped build some of the most productive offenses in program history while developing quarterbacks and receivers who remain prominent throughout the Manchester record book.

  • Led Manchester to its first winning season since 1997 in 2012, finishing 6–4 overall and 6–2 in the HCAC
